General Surplus

The District disposes of obsolete or surplus items in a variety of methods. The District typically transfers all surplus items such as student desks, maps, classroom equipment, etc to the General Administration's (GA) state surplus property program. The GA then handles the sale and distribution of items to other state agencies and the general public at its retail site located in Tumwater.

If you wish to view the items available from all state agencies, visit the General Administration State Surplus website.

Grants of Surplus Property

If you are another federal, state or local government entity, the District may grant any surplus property, provided that the property is used for preschool through twelfth grade educational purposes.

Please contact Julie Wells by email at jwells@cloverpark.k12.wa.us if you are interested in or wish to be notified of the availability of surplus property.
