Clover Park School District would like to thank you for your interest in employment with our school district. Our goal is to recruit and retain the best qualified employees to support our mission to teach each child what he or she needs to know to succeed and contribute to the community.

Clover Park School District uses an online application for all employment opportunities. An email account is required for the online application system. Computers are available for use at local libraries, WorkSource, and the HR Department (by appointment).

Application Process

  • Complete the online application for each position to be considered for prior to the close date.
  • Provide at least three professional references (at least one recent supervisor).
  • Positions are screened based on requirements for the position and a completed application. In general, a completed application will include:
    • For Classified positions:
      • Completed online application
      • Uploaded documentation respective to the qualifications of the position (if applicable), e.g.,
    • For Certificated positions:
      • Completed online application
      • Complete the Teacher Insight (pdf)
      • Uploaded documentation that shows the minimum qualifications of the position, e.g.,
        • Washington State Teacher/ESA Certificate or Permit
        • Transcripts
        • WEST-E Results
        • Highly Qualified documentation from another state (if applicable)

Be sure to review postings carefully. Some positions may require other documents for a complete file.

Internal Application Process

  • Create an internal account, or log on to existing account, to view and/or apply for in district only positions.
  • Complete the online application for each position(s) to be considered for prior to the close date.
  • If invited to an interview, applicant will receive a phone or an email invitation.
    • If invited to interview, inform current supervisor of application.
  • A reference with the current supervisor will be conducted.

Employment with Clover Park School District is conditional pending completion of a Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint background check (pdf)as required by RCW 28A.400.303.(NOTE: All associated background check fees are the employee’s responsibility.)The fingerprint scan must be complete prior to the first day of employment.
